▶ Your Answer :
According to the reading passage, the fish
farming has proven that this farming have caused many serious problems.
However, these opinions totally disagree with the lecturer’s claim that there
are reasonable solutions to deal with the solutions in fish farming.
To begin with, the article says that the
too many fishes in the small area increase the growth of the bacterial that
cause the health problem to the fish. However, the speaker expresses doubt on
this point by asserting that they can prevent this problem by putting the
bottom dwelling fish in the sediment. He says that recent study has proven that
they can consume the organic matters such as bacteria, so control the growth of
them.
Besides, the reading passage says that
interbreeding problem between farmed fished and wild fiches is fatal, because
farmed fish can spread disease and harm the ecological environment. In the
contrary, this perspective is challenged by the lecturer’s claim that farmers
can easily prevent the farm fish from escaping from the farming area and
interbreeding. If the farmer regularly checks the population of the fish, they
can manage this problem.
The last point made in the reading passage is
that they destroy the environment surrounded the farming area such as
agricultural land and marine area. The lecturer, however, contradicts this
problem by asserting that farmers can use the many materials to manage this situation.
Firstly, in the case of the shrimp farming, they use the chemical components to
make the water less wasted. Secondly, they can plant the certain trees that can
absorb and remove the salt form the soil. |
