These day people pay attention to do exercise to keep the shape regardless of the age. Some people argue that working out is more beneficial for the elder to improve their health condition. However, as far as I am concerned, I strongly believe that exercising is more meaningful when the young people do that. The reasons for this are that it is more efficient in terms of time and cost, as well as especially younger people are exposed to physical activities.
Firstly, I maintain that the younger people must do exercise to be prepared to live more healthily in the future. Also it is a general reason why people try to work out harder even when they are young and strengthen now. For example, according to the research conducted in Seoul university, the people who have exercised 1 hours per day regularly since they were teenager shows less probability to have a heart attack. However, the people haven’t worked out regularly are likely to have a stroke when they were young. It shows that how important doing exercise it. Besides, if people try to do exercise harder after they get older, they can’t follow the speed of the younger people’s capability and take a lot of time to restore the physical rhythm. Also, it would be able to take even more money because the elder usually need more special care due to their physical weakness. Therefore, it is more profitable to exercise when they are young in advance for their health condition.
Secondly, the younger people are exposed to the extreme physical activities that can injure them rather than the elders are. It means that they are likely to face the situations to use their body toughly, for example, they usually enjoy outside sports such as football, baseball, marathon, hiking and work in the certain field such as construction which needs more intensive physical activities. Consequently, they are more likely to get injured from their daily life unless they do exercise regularly. This is why the young people need to be conscious of the value of the health when they are young enough.
To sum up, I strongly believe that working out is more critical for the younger people than the elder. This is because the time and cost efficiency is more beneficial when they do work out in an young age and they are likely to face more physically dangerous situation than the elders. |
