Opinion might be divided over whether government sould suppot in scientific reserch, which is even impractical rather than other fields. Pople from different walks of life may take different stances on this contentious issue. Personally, I believe that many of today's other issue sould be improved and there are twe reason that I could validate my position.
The first reason that I would like to make is that it is too expensive that the cost for complete output. Many research gave us dissappointment because they were not always successful. Although the cost that used for these study is astronomical, we do not have any benefits because it is not gauranteed. Instead, government sould pay attentionto the other issue such as leisure. For example, people are often fied up with busy schedulesand overwhlemed by enormous tasks both at work and school. However, while watching movies, they can take a mentlal break with their burdens lifted from their shoulders. Thses industry helps people to release stress but also the probability of success is more high than scentific study.
Another compelling reason is that the environment has been destroyed at a record pace because of these scientific reserch. As current technological advancement result in environmental pollution, most of the environment has been destructed. To illustrate, Amazon forests are struggling for overcome these problem from scientific research. The process is so rapid that almost a fifth of the entire Amazon has been cleared so far. The process of deforestation has a far-reaching effect on biodiversity. Many animal and plant species lese their habitats and become extinct. One study estimated that it would take more than a century while most of destruction has taken less than twenty years.
All in all, because of these reasons that I mentioned above, I firmly believe that govornment sould spend money for other areas. |
