▶ Your Answer : It has been said that playing sports such as basketball, baseball, or soccer is good for young children on account of many positive effects. Practicing sports can help them stay healthy and release their stress. However, I am strongly convinced that spending most of their time in exercising is not good. In this essay, I will present briefly two reasons supporting my idea. The first reason for my opinion is that excessive workout can damage children's health. This is because children body is not strong enough to endure physical pain. For instant, my younger sister who are 10 years old likes playing the basketball. In the old days, She played the basketball game with her friends for four hours. Filnally, she could not go to the school next day because she felt pain in her body. This example clearly shows that too much exercises are not great idea. Anothe reason is that children do not study since they enjoy playing sports. Because workout is more funny than studying, children do their best to exercise. For example, one of my friends who have enjoyed practicing the sports since childhood do not like studying because she feel bored. She loves more exciting things such as exercise or games rather than monotonous things like studying or reading books. It is not easy for her to focus on study. So, her parents always worry about that. Hense, I think that remarkable amount of exercise during childhood is not great. In conclusion, I strongly agree with the given statment that it is not good for children to use too much time exercising because of reasons that I mentioned above : exercising can has harmful effects on children and excessive workout play a role as obstacle to study. Therefore, I think too much exercise is not good for children.
