▶ Your Answer : All freshmen get a glimpse of what would be perfect way to start the life of university would be. In this times, It is of great importance to get a proper information from the resources. (what kind of resources?) However, it is controversial among freshman about what would be more helpful way to get information from between orientation or seniors. It appears true to me that asking for information to seniors would be more beneficial. First and foremost, seniors can give much more pragmatic information about college life. Since they have gone through the mysterious and humble road of college that most of the freshmen would have to go, they are very experienced explorers. they have experiences about lectures and relationships, all those things that would be given as direct information to freshman. For example, i had a chance to have dinner with seniors and as it turned out, it was tremendously helpful to start my early life at college. They advised me about how much it is important to have a good relationships with professors and practical methods approach to professors in proper manner from their heart, With those advice, I was able to have not only good relationship with logistics professor but also maintaining it as well. (maintaining it 이 무슨 뜻인가요? 만약 '유지'라면 keep이 더 자연스러울 것 같습니다.) It was very helpful, since i was immersed in logistics before I (대소문자 구분) entered the college. On top of this, attending orientation offered by college is detrimental. This is due to the fact that, (컴마 안 쓰셔도 될 거 같습니다.) information of orientation is not practical at all. For example, when i was freshman at college, i attended orientation offered by college. But, orientation was not pragmatic because there was only information like 'how to register for the lecture' , 'when does the semester start and close (does로 이미 3인칭을 나타내주었기 때문에 동사는 원형이 옵니다)' were offered. Those information were more leaned toward to official information , not the practical tips. After the orientation, i could easily find (could가 이미 과거형을 나타냅니다) the same information at the official homepage of college as well, all by my self. The opening time, registering process all of the information was uploaded in advance on (자연스러운 전치사 필요) the homepage. It would've more efficient for me to spend the precious time of early days of college elsewhere, rather than listening to orientation. To conclude, Although since it's from one's experience, seniors would might give one-sided information, i strongly postulates that asking for information to seniors would be more beneficial. |
