▶ Your Answer :There is a
common misconception that when our grandparents were young, life was easier and
cozier than today, because of less population. However, it is society nature
that more population makes better world to live in. In a same token, life in
these days is much easier than the life back to our grandparents’ generation
for a following reason: people in nowadays easily move anywhere through
transportation systems. To begin with,
since transportation system is well- developed in cutting-cities, even in rural
place today, people can conveniently live. To be specific, modern people at
least do not have any worrisome to move place to place. Their movement’s
spectrum has expanded more, from America to Africa, a city to country side.
Therefore, the transportation systems facilitate us to keep in touch with
people who live far away and put us into a position where we can move anywhere,
thus making our life easier. On the contrary, life, traced back to the era of
our grandparents, was very tough to live. There were not any the vehicle program
that goes directly to a city from a rural side. According to my grandmother’s
words, whenever she needed to go common market to buy basic needs, she had to
take a bus four times, and has not dreamed to go any other countries, it was
too expensive. However, she is so happy now that she can directly move
everywhere. Had it not been for the development of transportation system,
people would have more busy life, because moving time consume so much times, so
they might have to take an action earlier.
Granted, life
when grandparents were young definitely easier and cozier in some way. Nevertheless,
transportation systems automatically instigate us to live in easier life in
these days. |
