▶ Your Answer :
There are some workers who change
their jobs several times in their lives believing that it is too much
boring to work in a one particular company for entire lives. However,
I strongly believe that people should stay in a same workplace for
their entire lives because, workers will get to know about the
company and therefore, they will keep huge pride in themselves.
Moreover, people will be able to maintain a deep relationship with
colleagues who can keep provide inspiration to work hard.
To begin with, person who works at the
same company for long period will accumulate diverse experiences.
With possessing an advanced knowledge and information which takes an
essential part in the company. Those people should be proud of
themselves and those prestige obviously will be a impetus to work
even harder for the company. From my personal experience, my
grandfather has worked in a medicine company for 35years and he has
all the information about medicines and the company as well. As he
has worked at the same enterprise for a long time, his grate pride
toward the company was astonishing and it was the only reason for not
changing his job. Prestige extracted from a constant work experience
brings a person to work for someone’s company for a long time.
In addition, maintaining a great depth
of relationship with colleagues in workplace is an another benefit.
People usually get sick of same work and environment in their
workplace. On the contrary, when they have companions who can
encourage and console them, people get motivation to endure the
hardness of work. Furthermore, people can get rid of their stresses
by hanging out outside the office with intimate colleagues. According
to a survey by the American Workers Foundation which targeted people
who has been worked at the same company, there were a great amount of
workers who responded that they got inspiration from their colleagues
and could survive in a same company for their entire lives. Obtaining
a good personal connections is an huge advantage that can be earned
by not changing a work place.
In conclusion, I do believe that it is
surely realistic for people to work at the same company for their
entire lives.
