People always
have their own position in group. Someone is leader, others are group members. However,
we can see often the position in group is mismatched. I believe that is
according to people’s characteristics. Someone likes leading, some others like
following. Depending on the people's characteristics, one wants to become member or leader But I argue people get leader position in group at least once than member of a group
for two subsequent reasons.
First of all, leader
has broadened vision for group. Leader should to be wise become wise (should 뒤에는 동사 원형이 나와야 합니다). Because leader is who
lead group members to destination and goal as they lead group members to achieve goal. For that reason, leaders know as much
as information about group’s in and out as much as they can Thus leaders should no a lot of information about the project. That is not
possible for a member of group and there is no reason they do that. which is not possible for group members. Assuming I
am leader of sports team for example soccer. I search what team is next
opponent, weather of next match, who is injured in before match and so on. Those
collected information makes strategy for next match. Who entered next match, how
to adjust member’s condition, notice opponent’s weak point what I found and so
on. In addition, I prepare to uncertain problems can prepare the uncertain situations. If weather is drastically
cold, someone suddenly get gets (someone는 단수 주어 입니다) injured badly and other problems. Of course, leader
can not prepare all of troubles but have broadened view and care of members and
group, members recognize “our leader is good leader!”
From above
reason, leader must be center of team Furthermore leaders are center of team. That means, leader offers or suggests
the answer of all problems in group. Those ability is not required to member of
team only leader required. Sometimes He he (대문자는 문장 시작할 때 만 서술하시길 바랍니다) does adjust, decide, prevent and so many
works in group. If leader can not be centered, the group will be raft. For example,
a leader in project team has encountered conflict between two groups of members.
One argues “doing right now!” and the other argues “preparing more and do it later”.
Leader should select one group but he selects one, the other does not agree
with leader and make another problem badly. In this case, adjustment will be
required. Leader says “We can solve this problem to discussion why do you want
to do that right now?” and that will make situation peaceful. Leader’s
adjustment makes loose conflicts and thinks about what is the goal for them. Such
as ability do not need to a member of group.
In conclusion, I
refer leader’s ability what they get such as broadened view and adjusting
conflict. Those two abilities do not need to member of group. Of course, member
of group and leader have their own position in group but I suppose leader is
better than a member of group for above two reasons. That called
responsibility. I believe experiencing responsibility of leader makes people
more fashioned and professional at their works.
