▶ Your Answer :
When people are at
school, all of them have certain assignments. Among the assignments, one of the
most effortful assignments is working on a project. There are several methods
to accomplish a school project. One could work alone or with a tutor or with
classmates. I would prefer to work with my classmates because I believe it
could bring certain benefits that are not acquired through the other methods.
To begin with,
working with many people is helpful to finish the work successfully. With companions,
you could spend less time to think about which topic to deal with or what is
a proper answer to the specific problem. You could broaden your sight from others’
fresh viewpoints. Also, if a project is conducted as a team project, members of the
team could divide tasks and could research efficiently. Each individual can focus on his own task limited to a certain domain to research, resulting in a high quality
of the final report. Moreover, several studies have shown that problems that can
never be solved by a single person could be mended by crowds easily. There is a
term to refer these phenomena, crowd intelligence.
On top of that, you
would feel less pressure if you work with classmates. When people work on a
project, they undertake not only the actual process of the project but also the psychological burden. They accept the task as an inevitable bunch of pressure
and feel it is their duty to accomplish this task perfectly. The task will be
more harsh if they work alone. Under the circumstances where there are friends
around you, you could have chances to relax and chill out. Sometimes the team
project members can have conversation regardless of the project. During the entire
process of the work, you could always participate on work with reassurance that
you are with classmates who suffer from same matter that distress you and seek the
same goal.
To sum up, working
in a team project could benefit you both practically and mentally. In this
regard, I would choose to work on a project with classmates. |
