In this
set of materials, the writer and lecturer (disagree on)
over the issue of impact of jogging.
The writer lists three evidences of the idea that jogging has a negative
influences on the our body. However,
the lecturer maintain(s) that jogging is far
from negative effects by matching rebutting evidences.
To begin
with, the lecturer claims that only (a) small
percent(age) of people experience negative
effects after jog. Because, many
doctor's studies show that jogging leads to improve(d)
cardiac complications (abilities) and reinforce(d)
the heart (muscle).
This contrasts (to) the writer's argument that
jogging not only cause(s) strain on the heart, but it also (which
could) bring about heart attack.
On top
of that, the lecturer argues that doing jog regularly is good for health. To be
specific, (the) risk of jogging is only caused not regular exercise, but (by) suddenly
physical moving. Therefore, jogging is nice for muscles and tissues (as far as the jogger controls the strain). This
counters the reading passage's viewpoint that 50 percent of the studies
revealed jogging leads to tremendous pressure on the body and it brings out
long-term problems.
Lastly,
the lecturer asserts that due to (since) jogging provide(s)
plenty (of) oxygen (to
the body), it is helpful for brain. In fact, running increase(s) oxygen. Also(,)
plenty of oxygen makes memory improve(ment).
This casts doubt on the writer's claim that jogging is bad for the brain such
as suppressed brain cells and (over)grown the cell production.
(When the noun is singular, the verb must have an ‘s’ at the
end. Jogging is an action, and it’s singular. Otherwise, it’s a clear essay. I
also don’t feel that this essay is longer than it has to be. Nice work!)
