It is therefore timely to consider the validity of this perspective. For the following reasons, i disagree that movies and television negatively affect on young people. First, movies and television deliver consequential information about the society ; secondly, a person interacs more by watching movies and television.
To begin with , noteworthy information about the society is transmitted by movies and television. Television broadcasts and movies present relevant events through captivating images and educate the viewer. For example, my younger sister watched a television documentary on the Korean War. The documentary compiled different interviews and showed unpulished photographs. She became newly aware of the past event , and started to study the issue on her own. This example shows that movies and television transmit noteworhty information about the society and can influence on young people positively.
In addition, movies and television encourage better interaction between young people and his family members.They can spend a quality time by watching movies and televisionshows together. And , they also start conversation based on these experience. For example, my younger sister and i like to watch "Finding Nemo" , a well-known animated film about a little fish. After viewing this movie , we bond over the scene from the movie and learn about each other's opinions. The filim is a common thread to both of us. This exapmle shows that better interactions between familmy members are encouraged through movies and television.
