Lately,
whether teachers should retrain or not has been a controversy among people. In
my opinion, I believe that reeducation for teachers give(s) advantages to them
and should be necessary, since instructors can obtain the latest information on
the subject and renew (refresh) their minds
(thoughts) as a teacher(s).
For
starters, educational instructors can replace the out-dated information with
the newest information. When they are at school, they barely have access to the
up-to-date information related to the field since they are busy with school
related tasks and lectures. However, when they are intentionally
provided with the opportunity to take a lecture on
(while) retraining, they would be able to get
those contents. Moreover, since teachers of the same major gather up in one
place, they can discuss their expertised
field, exchanging opinions on it and broaden(ing)
their views.
Next,
teachers can reform their minds as educational offerers
(This word is not used, without any word to replace
this one.). After five years becoming instructors, they can forget about
the mind that they had when they were
new such as resolutions (confident and willing) as teachers and this can be
rectified by reeducation. During the retraining lecture, not only it provides
them with the newest content but also gives education on humanity. (How can you tell?) They offer teachers how to deal with
children and what it is to become a teacher. By attending this lecture,
instructors can look back at the times when they desired to become a teacher
and help them set (reinvigorate) their minds.
Though
some people dispute that being a retrainee
(retrained) for teachers is useless and
time-consuming, the fact that they can update the information on their teaching
field and set up their hearts as instructors cannot be ignored. In conclusion,
I consent to the idea that educational instructors to (should) attend lectures for retrainable purpose is essential (retraining).
