Some people might think that it is important to work slowly and make sure that everything is correct. However, I believe that it is more important to work quickly and risk making mistakes for two reasons. First of all, it is likely that people who work quickly can get a higher position at work. Understanding the two types of people at work is necessary to substantiate that people who work quickly can more easily advance in their office. It is difficult for people who work slowly can attain a better position at work because it takes a long time for them to show their performance. Since performance at work is usually determined by the number of works people completed, people who work slowly would have a hard time to go to higher positions. However, people who work quickly can do many things at a time. Even though there is a mistake mistakes, it is not critical because they can handle it easily as they are accustomed to their work. (자기의 일에 익숙해졌다는 근거는 어디에 있을까요? 비약이 될 수 있습니다.) Therefore, they can show better performance than people who work slowly. For example, a friend of mine working at Samsung Electronics works more quickly than their colleagues. Four years after he entered the company, he became a manager, but it takes five or six years for his colleagues to become managers. He could go to a higher position faster than others because he works more quickly than other people. On top of that, people who work quickly can experience many kinds of (diverse/various) works. In response to the increasing importance of success at work, many expert opinions and research statistics reinforce the idea that people working quickly can have more experiences than people working slowly. Experts say that people who working work slowly would spend a hard time proceeding their work or project because they should make sure if there is a tiny mistake, leading to being stuck in one thing. However, people working quickly can complete more works than other people during a given time. So, once they finish one work, they can do other things. For example, I can finish three or four works while other people do one thing at work. My manager tends to give works to me rather than to give giving (than을 사이에 두고 형태일치시켜주세요 !) them other people. Therefore, I can experience more works than other people.
To sum up, I believe that it is more important to work quickly and risk making mistakes. Consequently, the importance of my view cannot be underestimated for the reasons I mentioned above.
