When people choose a job, they consider a wide range of conditions. Especially, it is a highly significant problem for people to select a better job with respect to the number of times that they should go to work. If I can pick a place of work, I will choose a work where I work only three days a week for long hours, for the following subsequent two reasons.
To begin with, working five days a week makes people wear out. People get stress from human relations or their business during working. Even though they work for a relatively short time, they exposed to consistent stress because they have to go to work more often. For example, my friend has got to work at a company working five days a week. He always was annoyed by his workload on ordinary days. Since he would suffer from stress from his business in the office, he always looked forward to the weekend. However, the weekend was too short to do things for him. Nowadays he worries himself about change jobs to keep his work and life balance. In my viewpoint, it was rather hard to come to the office five days a week.
On top of that, when people go to work just three days a week, they can bodily relish their break days. Since they work merely three days a week, their schedule is comparatively free. For instance, they can go on a trip to near countries for four days. Through traveling, they can have time to refresh and leave a meaningful memory. After the tours, they can gain energy to industriously work. For example, I have gone to the office three days a week. The workers of the company can select a schedule to work every week. I often chose day off in a row. In virtue of my plan, I could travel abroad sometimes. Through such trips, I could relieve stress effectively about my work. If such the system of my company not existed, I never pick my job.
In a nutshell, working five days enables people to wear out. People can enjoy their rest days. when they come to work only three days a week. In this regard, I assure that it is more enjoyable to have a job where you work only three days a week for long hours than to have a job where you work five days a week for shorter hours. |
