There has been an ongoing debate over whether or not a good leader have to lead followers to feel that they also have decision right. Many people, perhaps most, are against this stance that employees are not qualified with deciding. However, others may assume that having decision right is better to resolving problems. This is because they will have responsibility and they can integrate about one problem.
First of all, people improve their sense of responsibility about works. One significant reason is that employees more have thinking about the problem include bad effects, money supplies, consumers actions. In contrast, if people do not realize their sense of responsibility they surely act as viewers. For example, they only do assigned works without considering other factors. Often , we can see these benefits in our society. For instance, we have meeting a month in order to enhance our apartment. We can talk the problems, solve the situations together. Then, everyone has the sense of responsibility about the problem. This is because all people had decision about the problem.
In addition, it enables people to consolidate with peers. Workers is a social community. Sharing essential responsibility allow companies to improve. For example, we can strengthen work's efficient, save time , and abate work's complex.
According to the Ministry of Labor of Korea, Sharing a decision enables companies to increase companies' profit and deciding everyone prevent a person to make errors. This indicates that effective leaders have to behave their employees feel responsibility. As the old saying goes, two heads are better than one.
To sum up, though everyone may hold a different position on this issue, I am in favor of my idea that dividing a decision is better. This is because we can have more the sense of responsibility and consolidate workers.
The importance of these benefits cannot be underestimated to survive in modern society.
