In addition, the work-at-home system is also detrimental to employees. One reason for this is that employees are inclined to feel depressed due to lack of human interaction even though people would think that the work-at-home would be ecstatic. Therefore, they cannot work energetically as working at the office. Another reason is that they cannot form necessary separation physically and mentally. While commuting, people are able to be separated from the things to care at home. Lack of separation allows things at home and jobs at work to be melted in an unhealthy way. This rebuffs the reading passage’s assertion that people ho have worked at home report happier familial relationships and personal lives. |
