We work in our workplace with many people who have different races, abilities or interests. What are some important characteristics of colleagues? Given the choice according to the issue, I would choose to have good abilities, personalitiy, a sence of cooperation. There are many reasons why I hold on but I would explain only a few ones below.
To start with, as everyones know, ability plays a vital role in workplace. If peers are having insufficient abilities in their field, Their works may become other worker's responsibility. According recent survey conducted by the Korean National Research Center, more than 80 percent of responts have experiences to work over worktime due to their co-workers who did not solve their works. Considering this result, ability is important things to peers.
Furthermore, having good personalities is as important as, but not more than, having abilities. As long as workmates have bad personalities, they are able to ruin good ambience because they can make uncomfortable situations. Therefore, A article published in the Korea Times reveals that many companies consider this feature as one of the important matters since it directly affects productive capability.
Last, but not the least, cooperation also is important things since it is few cases handling everythings alone. You heard the saying;"Many hands make little work." In my case, when doing homework alone, I usually spend over one hour. On the other hand, when doing homework with other friends, I finished my homework by only ten minutes. In a word, If it were not for cooperation, we would waste a lot of time without constructive.
All in a word, definitley there are many other important characteristics but taking into account of all reasons, I believe that working people with features mentioned above makes it possible for us to have great advantages.
