▶ Your Answer : Nowadays, many people work until late at night to get more money yet, it makes them difficult to get up in the morning. However, I prefer to get up early in the morning and start the day's work because our brain works better in the morning .Also, it is much more healthful.
The first and foremost, our brain works efficiently in the morning. Generally, we can work better in the morning because almost all organs in the brain secrete more hormones that manage the ability to think. Thus, we can think more quickly and wisely so that increase the working efficiency. Moreover, according to the scientific research done by Korea University students, students who wake up early in the morning did their assignment more clearly than students who wake up latter. As a personal example. when I was in the first grade of high school, I woke up at seven in the morning and studied for two hours everyday. Its because I could think quickly and solve any quetions during the morning. Truly, working in the morning is better due to our increase brain working.
Secondly, getting up early in the morning is healthful. Basically, we can no keep awake until late at night because of our physical cycle. If we keep working late at night, we may become vulnerable to many diseases such as insomnia, a sense of fatigue, and dizziness. However, when we geyt up early in the morning, we can maintain normal physical rythem and become healthy. To illustrate, I was suffered from insomnia while working for the car company. My work was finished after twelve o'clock at night. Nevertheless, after I quit the job and began to sleep early, I was able to wake up in the morning and become free from insomnia. In this way, people can be healthy by waking up early.
To sum up, I prefer to wake up early and work because it is much healthful. In addition, our brains work more efficiently in the morning. |
