There are different opinions among many people regarding whether practicing sports in long time are able to be harmful to young children. It might be widely accepted fact that spending time for exercise interfere with studying. Even so, I am in favor of the suggestion that some of the advantage derived from long time training oneself would be more helpful rather than not. In this essay, I will present briefly two reasons to support my idea.
Most of all, training long time is important for making sturdy cornerstones, because healthy body can be essential factor what you do anything. Specifically, whereas getting sick person cannot endure sitting down on the chair in long time, healthful person is not disturbed by something such as time, fitness rather than the former. In addition, since young children are faced with the fastest growth in all of the lifetimes, setting balance through exercise should be one of the most considerable part. In this sense, lasting exercise take a benefit to young children.
Moreover, long time exercise provide children with getting chance to undergo novel experience. To illustrate, it is so hard to individually playing game of ball, that agent need to communicate among them directly or indirectly to take a victory. In this process, their uniformity will be augmented. furthermore, If practicing sports time is longer and longer, this experiences are likely to meet easier. Accordingly, young children who participated in game of ball will get sense of competition and that would be valuably used when they become adult.
Conclusively, Although lasting exercise is able to cause several problems, I maintain that long time training has a positive influence on the children on account of the reasons that I mentioned above: practicing sports for a long time not only make a solid health condition, but also be able to undergo new experiences. |
