Developing communication methods such as using letters, e-mail, or telephone calls make easily to communicate each other. But those methods cannot exert more their power than face-to-face communication because the face-to-face communication can protect the misunderstanding of information and face-to-face communication(일일히 쓸 필요없이 대명사로 받는 것이 나을듯) makes people intimate with each other better.
To begin with, when people communicate with someone face-to-face, they would never make misunderstanding. In the case of letters, e-mail or telephone calls, they would trigger misunderstanding because people cannot feel and consider speaker’s facial expression, gestures. On the other hand, by using gestures, adjusting tone of voice, people can communicate what they want to transmit information each other. For instance, when I talk to with my friend, I usually fight with my friend by telephone call due to my ambiguous voice to talk with her.
In addition, people prone to be close to someone when they communicate face-to-face. That’s because it can help people feel emotion and mind about speakers well rather than communication by using letters, e-mail, or telephone calls. In my case, there are two friends, the one always communicates face-to-face, and the other often communicates by e-mail. Even though I usually send e-mail to my friend about my problem, there are fewer useful advices to solve than there is more something to get advices when I communicate another friend face-to-face with gesture skin ship or gesturing by using hands. As a result, I can more feel and being inspired when I communicate face-to-face.
In summary, I agree with the opinion that the face-to-face communication is better than other types of communication such as letters, telephone calls. Because face-to-face communication can reduce the amount of misunderstanding and people also can feel real mind to other people when they communicate face-to-face. Although people have developed a variety of communication technology, I think there is nothing to surpass the ability of face-to-face communication. |
