Nowadays, many people are changing their workplaces for better life, and their career from formar workplaces are very important stuff for being employees. If i were a employer, i would like to choose inexperienced worker with lower salary. The reason of my choice are possibility of new worker and also incredibility of experienced worker. First of all, first time i hired ammature worker, i could have hard time. However, nobody do good job at one time. i can trust him getting better at everyday. Certainly, this kind of attitude could encourages them to be better than mature worker. I will be a good boss, who has many good worker. My cousin is working in good company, and when he was a new face in this company, he went through the hardest time in his entire life. Now, he is one fo the best worker in his job. He is not ammature any more. Secondly, As i thought, inexperienced workers had probaly complained about their workplaces or they might be the people, who only focuse on the salary. I have thought that, companies should have workers who has a little loyalty or satisfaction of their companies, without these things it must not be a good company. My father has been working for a company for 20 years, he used get suggestions from other companies with higher salary. Finally, he did not move to other place, now his company is bigger than before, and also he is getting many benefits from his workplace. From my point of view, company need to train brand new young worke for having suitable people. If they agree with my suggestions, they will be high quality companies in the future. As i asserted, making professional worker shoud be better choice for shinning future. |
