Have you ever be the class president in school? Was it difficult to you? Well, each person may feel differently. Some eager to be the leader while others tend to be just normal classmates. There 're both advantage and disadvantages in being a leader of the group. In my opinion, It's better to be the leader since people can obtain beneficial things.
First of all, leader of the group is required to have leadership such as responsibility and mediating the argument. So if the one get though the leader of the group, he'll learn the leadership that can lead his followers effectively. To illustrate my point, I used to be a class president in middle school, but once I became the leader, I didn't know what to do first since I've never had that kind of experience. But as time goes, I realized what is like to be a leader in group community. Now I firmly believe that I gained responsibilities and power to lead my peers.
Furthermore, Being a leader gives people confidence. There' re millions of chances to be in front of one's classmates. So it helps for leaders to acquire their confidence. From my experience, I was timid person in my class. But after becoming the president, I got a lot of opportunities to talk such as to persuade peers to decide class activities like going on a picnic. The more I talked more confidence I got. So that encouraged me to make hard efforts to improve my talent. Later on, I won variety of speech contest.
To sum up, I strongly insist that being as a leader is more benefit than followers. People can be a follower always, but they might never get to realize how many significant things they can achieve from being a leader. |
