Today, gym has increasingly famed by all the people, especially for young people. This is because most young people want their body to be developed for girls or to show off to others. However, in my opinion, i strongly believe that exercising in gym is generally required to old people for the following two reason: as growing older, old people's health declines noticeably and hard to develop body as growing.
First of all, old people's health declines noticeably as growing older. Also, they are more complicated to move compared to the past. This means that they can get any kind of diseases more easily than young people. However, when old people daily exercise, exercising may as well have some nutrients. For example, my grandpa passed away last year. The main doctor of him said that the actual problem is not due to lack of nutrients but lack of physical development. As he announced, my grandpa had not exercised even once. Eventually, he passed away. For these reason, exercise is more necessary for old people.
Second, getting older, people are hard to develop their body because of the frame of weak body. The old people can surely hold the heavy machines such as dumbbels. However, as compared to young people, old people have more difficulties in excercising. For example, my big uncle is 65 years old. He was so strong enough to hold heavy machines. However , nowadays, he cannot even control his body on his own. He adviced me that if I want to live healthier than him, I had to start excercising early. I can see that old people is naturally weak unenough to exercise as compared to young people.
To summarize, old people for exercise is more required as compared to young people for the following two reason. First reason is that old people's health declines appreciable and secondly old people have to develop their body early because it is difficult for people to exercise when he is old. |
