On the other hand, when you decide to eat out at the restaurants, the food is not usually healthy and clean as they incline to add chemical additictives to enhance the savor and use cheap ingredients due to mass production of the dishes.To illustrate, my friend had yum-cha at the nearby food court with her family in the morning, but it resulted in a tragic event. She needed to be hospitialised due to the severe food poisoning for two weeks. That incident worried and angered many people including her families, freinds, and the teachers at school. This example clearly demostrates that it is a lot safer to eat at home.
Moreover, eating at home offers a perfect opportunity to communicate with families. Nowadays, family members hardly talk due to their own burdens from school or work and busy lifesytle. When they can gather around the dining table and taste delicious foods, it relieves stress plus, creates a comfortable atmosphere to catch up with each other. Unlike at the restaurant where family members are constantly disturbed by waiters, noises from other customers' conversaiton and loud background music, at home, they can enjoy the private and cozy environment.
All things considered, even though it is hard to spare time to prepare adequate ingredients and cook following the recipe, advantages of eating at home overweigh these botherings.
