The obssessive tendency which children who play vidoe games have is also shown in other aspects of their lives. Also this tendency is the symptoms of other unrelated problems children have.

On top of that, the lecturer claims that video games do not lead children to violent crimes. The crimes rate, especially among young chileren, is currently the lowest in 30 years since the video games have come into our lives. The lecturer suggests that maybe video games are preventing possible youth crimes, which completely rebuffs the claims made in the reading passage that video games encourage aggressive tendencies among children.
Most of all, the lecturer makes a further argument that video games actually have positive effects on children. Video games have interactive aspects that help its players solve problmes more quickly, multitask, guage risks, and make decisions speedily. Also, video games improve their players' reaction time and spacial skills.
