Although advertising shows a product like the best one, it may have flaws in the product. I claim that advertising just encourages you to buy and eat. It just stimulates you to eat it whenever you see the advertising. I believe that which makes a bad regular eating-time.
First of all, advertising’s one big purpose is to make watchers buy their product immediately when they just see it. In order to capture customers, advertising makers usually put some exaggeration. So, people get charmed and buy it. My personal experience will be proper to illustrate this point. When I was 12, there were a lot of advertisement on TV. My sister and I used to watch it. But, the problem was that the food advertisement were so powerful that we got stimulated very easily. It looked healthy and cheap so that we thought that eating it is not a bad idea. Because of its absolute description, I unpurposely broke my eating habits. The result came up to being obesity.
Next, advertising encourages you to eat in irregular time. Whenever you see advertisement, it encourages you to call or buy it right away. I assert that you might not see advertising in your regular eating time. If you see this in the time when you should not eat, it might embark on an unhealthy eating habits. In front of my old school, there are several cheap restaurants. They also give advertising to students who go back home from the school. The students ten to one get stimulated by it at least once. Then, they eat food after school and feel full. Naturally, their dinner time will be postponed because they are not hungry enough to eat dinner. Then it makes irregular eating-time.
In summary, I strongly agree that advertising makes unhealthy eating habits. The reasons are that it has strong encourgement with forming an irregular eating time. On the whole, I cetainly believe that the way to prevent obesity is to avoid get atrracted by watching advertising. |
