Personally, I agree with the statement for the following two reasons. For one thing, by getting a raise in teacher’s salary, teachers feel more responsible for their work. Additionally, student can achieve their academic goals with teacher’s familiar help.
First, if teacher have more salary, they can strengthen a sense of responsibility. And then they have getting hard work. These days, most of business people have less responsibility at their work. It’s not except teacher. Accordingly, teacher hasn’t hard work, only working that they are allocated. Given this context, if teacher have more salary, it help teacher encouraged by money. And then quality of education will be improved. According a study recently released by the Korean National Research Center, most of the surveyed respondents mention that they are affected by money’s power at work. One surveyed respondents say “I always have hard work. Sometimes, I was unable to return home early because of heavier workload, Even though I want to focus on my work for making money. Therefore, this responsibility improves quality of education.
Furthermore, teacher guide their students in the right direction by sweet teaching. In general, most of adult are bound and driven by hectic schedules and then they can increase more stress and nervousness. The problem with this is that stressed teacher teach student unfamiliarly. Given this, teachers need to release their stress with spending money. Take my case as an example, I had a lot of stress from the work but when I had shopping, I can release my stress. So I think that if I would have heavier workload as well as less money, anyone doesn’t want to desire for being teacher and then absolutely quality of education will be declined.
In conclusion, high salaries are important to business man such as teacher. |
