To jump on the banwagon, or to feel they are saving their time or whatever other misguided reasons they may have had, people started believing that the required time to seriousely think about their foods is not necessary merely trusting supporters of the ingredients they are buying. The problem is, however, that it is neither actually trustful nor helpful for their physical health. Nor would they save their time, consuming much time to cure the decease from eating unhealthy foods.
Basically, what we are eating is what we are as somebody said. Not only the matter of enough calcium or vitamin the foods we buy include, but also the very matter of sanitation is the highly significant factor we should take in account. Statistically most decease and sickness are from what we have eatten in either short or long term view. In this regards, we have a responsibility to care our selves through consuming a little more time to prepare foods we have.
Furthermore, considering that people are fundamently very selfish and, thus, health has been always the most important issue throughout our history, it is certainly foreseeable that people would not take less time to cook and prepare for their foods they eat. It is very doutbtful as well that people would give up enjoying wonderful taste only for saving few minutes. People would never yield their time to work instead of indulging good favor and healthy life.
The more deciding factor in whether people enjoy their life is depending on spending much time for the better value, not saving a little minutes. Where taking care of preparing for safe and healthy foods everytime we eat sounds pesky, it would be nevertheles beneficial from the both angle of health and great taste.
