Personally, I agree with the statement for the following two reasons. For one thing, employees will develop sense of responsibility, another reason is that they can integrate about one problem.
First, leader improves worker sense of responsibility about works. in general, many people believe that leader only have thinking about serious problems including bad effects, money supplies and consumers actions. The problem with this is that employees act as only viewers about the problem. Given this context, by making they feel decision. Leader leads the employees to have sense of responsibility. For example, they only do assigned works without considering other factors. Often we can see these benefits in our society. For instance, we have meeting a month in other to enhance our apartment. We can talk the problems and solve the situations together. Then, everyone has the sense of responsibility about the problem. This is because all people had decision about the problem.
Additionally, participating in decisions enables people to consolidate with peers. Worker is a social community. Sharing essential responsibility allow companies to improve. For example, we can strengthen efficient save time with work, and abate work’s complex. According to the study recently release by the Korean National Research Center, surveyed respondent mention that sharing a decision enables companies to increase companies profit and deciding every one taking part in decisions prevent a person to make errors. This study indicates that in deciding some subject process, employees consult with others and thus have frequent contact with each other. This plays a significant role in their relationships at work.
In conclusion, though everyone may hold a different position on this issue, I am in favor of my idea that dividing a decision is better. This is because we can have more the sense of responsibility and consolidate workers.
