People have their own ideas about whether it is important to inform the other people of their strength. Some people may argue that trying to show off cause them to loss trust. In my opinion, however, it is more efficient to show their ability: they can get more chances and it is hard to find other person’s strength.
First, people should take a chance to succeed. It is generally agreed that a chance is given only a few people who are considered to know a lot of things in their field. Therefore, if one’s strength is known to many people, one can get a lot of chances. For example, when I was in the military, I was a driver. I told my peers that my driving ability is very good. So a lot of my coworker knew that I am a best driver. After few days, my general sought his driver. My peer recommended me. So I became a general’s driver. My life is more comfortable. In this way, informing other people to one’s strength has many advantages.
Second, it is hard to find other person’s ability. Some people might say that if people say their strength to other people, people who say their ability lost trust. However, we have to tell other people because most people don’t know other people strength. According to the research conducted by the Korea Times, more than eighty percent of business readers say that it is very difficult to hire people because they don’t know people ability at first. They also add that they select those who express themselves well. Therefore we have to advertise ourselves for informing other people. To sum up, we make other people know our ability in that common people are hard to know other people strength and we can get a lot of chances. All the considered, I can definitely say that there is nothing better than informing other people of their ability. |
