It is debatable whether people complain in writing or person when they need to complain about a product or poor service. Some people think that complaining in writing is better because it is easier. However, in my opinion, it is much better choice to complain in person. This is due to the fact that the method is obvious and quick.
First of all, I strongly believe that it is wise choice that saying in person about problems of product or service. This is because that it express a accurate problem that I faced and I can hear a explain from the company as soon. For example, when I bought a book from the Internet shopping mall some days ago, though 2week passed over I could not receive my book. I complain several times in writing on the Internet page, but I can not listen any explain about the problem. After the experience, I known that if i called directly to manager of the company, I would not have to worry.
Another reason that complaining in person is effective is that it makes a process more quick. That is, one's requirement about exchange or refund could be conducted instantly when he or she asks in person. For instance, when I bought a computer, I found that the computer's quality was poor. I went to the shopping center immediately and told about that. Then, they apologized to me and exchanged into new computer. In this sense, one of the fastest way to solve the problem is meeting in person.
In conclusion, it is the most reliable way to complain in person when occurred problems in service or product purchased. This is largely because that it is more obvious and quick than complaining in writing. |
