It is true that many countries share the same technologies or similar ones theasedays. Some people seem to believe that becasue of this trend, the whole world enjoy a single sulture. However, I strongly disagree with their opinion for the following reasons.
First of all, as every country is in different situation even though better technoloy has been introduced, each country will accept it or sometimes not. Take my own country, South Korea for example. Sveral decades ago, technology of an airplane has been introduced but my country did not really use it. That is because we are living on a small terratory. To be specific, From the top of the land to the bottom of it, it takes only four hours by a car. Therefore, this technology is not very useful when it comes to my own natio. However, things are different in United States. My sister who lived in U.S. explained that due to a huge big land, people has been used to ride an airpale several times a year. Like this, even if it saves a lot of time when people travel their country, Koreans do not really familiar with it. considering this, although the same technology was introduced to both of countries, South Korea and U.S., it is impossible to say that both will accept it because their conditions are different.
Another reason is that when modern technology has been introduced each country, they usually tranform it in different ways. For intance, Koreans and Japaneses have used mobile phones for a long time. However, while mobile phones became used as a device of cameras in Korea, it became typically used for sending text messages in Japan. This case shows that each country improve their specific favors even though they using the same technology.
Taking these reasons mentioned above into consideration, I deeply contend that moden ///// technology is not creating a single world culture.
