I agree with the statement that working at a larger company is away better than smaller company for following reasons: a generalized rule, human resource development management and preservation of privacy.
I prefer to work in a large company, because I can anticipate some adjustment and reasonable official guidelines when I have a conflict or trouble that can be made at work place. In case of a small company, every little or serious problem should be discussed with a company manager or boss who may not be an expert who has a significant experience in the subject that I am suffereing. They just want to hold the information in their hands for their own purposes, not really settling down any problems because they have not been educated to settle down such a problem and never been trained to actually draw any reasonable output. In many cases, they are making a situation worse and worse as they approach to the problem with a private point of view, and with no a company rule to be applicable to every one in a company.

This is very important aspect, as sometimes, employers do not know how to foster their employess to achieve the objectives that they set together. Even if some one has their own expertise and area, and successful story, no one can cover every subject in a broad range and help others to achieve objectives with their own limited experiences and resources. However, a large company can hire a wide range of experts who have accumulated their strength and insights in different subjects. They can do more than an individual level.
Finally, this may be controversial. I want to believe that we can hold some degree of privacy at the large company more than a small one. Even if the information is known very carefully transfered to one another, I hope that there is a rule in a large company more than
