I agree that I prefer to complian in person when we need to complain with a product or poor service. In modern economy,we sometimes can hands-on experienced because of fault products or poor services.
I think that we complian in person even better than complain in writing.
That is because I prefer to complain in person,here are two reasons.
One reason is that complian in person is faster than in writing for complaning.
Second reason is that complain in person is even stronger effective for get credits.
First of all,if we get poor products or poor services,getting a credit fastly is complain in person.
In my experience,I have bought some clothes and shoes in the mall.
After I got home,I knew that clothes has a little problem.The clothes had no button.I wanted to refund it,
I talked to thier salesman to refund but they did not accept my requst.because I had took off a tag.
I disappointed with their situation,then I talked to shop manager.He agreed my opinion,and then refunded to me money back.
Secondly,speaking is much stronger effective than writing,when we need to complian product or poor service.When we talk to people,most people can concept what he or she needs and try to understand in person.According to studies,complian in speak ro person getting refund or complian at poor service rates much higher.
In sum up,I firmly agree on the point that complianing in person much more effective than in writing when we need to complian.As I am concerned complain in person can get response fastly and much stronger in order to get some credits.
Many complians are good for sucess to do their business.
