Nowadays, we have to do so many activities to adjust society for our life.
Earning the money, taking care of my family, doing many works, and so on, are giving stress to me everyday, every moment. These stresses give us various diseases like high blood pressure and diabetic symptoms. So, how can we do to escape the stress and difficulties of modern life? There are many method to reduce the stress and difficulties like reading some books or doing others work in their garden. But, In my opinion, the best method to reduce the stress and difficulties is doing exercise like soccer or baseball with our friends.
First of all, "Health is most important thing than other things" , doing exercise can make our body more healthily so we can do our works more vigorously. Doing works with happy mind means you will be given less stress. For example, When I went to the university I always have to do drawing some buildings because my major is Architecture. So, I have no time to enjoy my campus life. It was so stressful to me. However, my life was totally changed by my friend's idea. that is doing soccer with us every monday afternoon. After that, I can do my homeworks with less stress than before.
Seconds, "Conversation gives us great peace" , we can solve the problems by talking to other persons after doing exercise. It is good chance to share our problems. For instance, my homeworks were usually doing a drawing about our future. So we need some idea how to develop our houses more conveniently. Whenever we finish soccer, we discussed for a while about our homeworks. So, I can finish my homework more easily.
In conclusion, I want to talk to some person who are trying to solve the problems with big stress. I recommend that doing some exercise is best useful method to reduce the stress even though there are many activities. exercise will give you more healthy body, sound mind and less stress.
