First of all, students should not study by someone's direction but should study by themselves, and in this respect, a strict teacher could be ineffective. If strict teachers emphasize the rules and obedience to students continuously, it can cause them to get hostility. it can cause them hostility. On the contrary, a humorous and easygoing teacher can naturally encourage students to study voluntarily. For example, when I was a high school student, my class teacher was very strict and compulsory. He never tried to listen to opinions of class students, and goverend us compulsorily and unconditionaly. Therefore, students became to get hostility became hostile against for him, and didn't want to follow him any more.
Secondly, teachers humorous and easygoing humorous and easygoing teachers can interact with students easily. This is because students are more likely to talk with them than strict and stubborn teachers. As such students can more easily receive humane assistance or support from comfortable teachers. My middle school mathematics teacher is a nice example of this. She was not strict or compulsory, but very friendly and humorous. As a result, students could easily talk with and find her when they had some problems. I also asked her assistance when I had worries of some troubles, and her advice helped me considerably in many ways.
