Some people say that human should do only their enjoying doing. However, I agree that people should sometimes do things that they don’t enjoy doing for two reasons. First, sometimes it is helpful to do reluctant things. Second, to do not enjoying things brings about better ramification to organization.
Most of all, sometimes to do reluctant things is helpful for person. Of course, if people do their wanting things, they would better perform. However, things that people don’t want to causes better consequence. Let me take students studying for example. Most students should study hard, but they don’t enjoy studying. The students want to play games, go hiking, watch TV and so on. No doubt, these behaviors are not helpful for students. For acquiring better jobs and life, students should study hard, and then they could succeed. The students really want to succeed their life, not instantly desire. This shows that people should do progressive works, though they don’t enjoy.
Next, for their organization, people should do unwilling works. Truly, it is efficient for person to do enjoying things for the group. Nevertheless, sometimes their unwilling things bring about better ramification for their organization. There are conflicts, because the group is consisted of many persons. It is worthwhile that people do the group’s concerns, not their concerns. In fact, person becomes better when his or her organization becomes better. The advanced company enables personnel to get achievement through various mechanisms. In this sense, people should sometimes do unwilling works for their group.
In conclusion, persons should sometimes do reluctant things for the reasons that I have mentioned above. First, the unwilling things are helpful for persons. Second, the reluctant things enable the organization to develop. |
