In order to let of one's problem, many people attempt to hear other comment this is because other people' experience generally help to solve one's difficulties. However, I always find resolution myself For example I note taking to my dairybook and travel to some town or simple journey that consistently most effecitve thing.
first of all, I really love that note about my situation when I faced my problem. for example when I take millitary service, I always feel complexity and angry because don't feel free and a lot of duties. However, To relieve stress and gain peac of mind, I daily note to rethink my day and then that humble me. I finally knew that stress I feel is just simple from I see that, after consistently daily noting, I was more enjoy my solider life and healthily end. therefore note myself gave me courage to conquer my difficulities.
also, I always going to travel when I faced diffiuclty such as duties, love, and future. that even feel re-freshing in my mess and help better organized thought. for example my brother had problem whether marriage or not. however he got travel, finally have to choose best
