There are lots of ways to refresh our stuffy minds from a society life. Some people read a book; some people drive a car; some people exercise in their tastes. As far as I am concerned, I prefer exercising for my diversion.
In the society, we face a lot of stressful situation in a job, a school and even home. We need to escape from these trouble in oder to expect a better tomorrow. If we can not get rid of these stress appropriately, we would be encompassed from them more and more, so we maybe finally have an illness of mind. In fact, it has already proven that stress greatly affect on our daily life and health whether physics or minds. I consistently try to be free from bridles from daily tedious lives, some kinds of stress. For this, I love playing soccer with my friends, I think that most efficient way for being free is to have relationship with friends. Actually, I am really happy when I run and play with my friends. Whenever I stand on the ground and run and kick a ball I feel as if I am in where I should be. By sweeting, I feel like my stress also evaporate. In a word, I love it. After I have a playing , every stressful minds and burdens disappear.
However, when situations are not permitted for exercising, I choose listen to musics, usually pop songs. It is not limited for me to listen to musics anytime, anywhere. When I am on the bus heading my university in the early morning, I listen to musics sang by my best favorite singer. Then, I am in peaceful mind because they give me a beautiful melody that relieve my tangled minds from burden to take a hard day, which bring me a power to conquer the day.
These kinds of diverse leisure actives enable me to have peace of minds. For this, I put a lot of concerns on this. Of course, various ways exists by each individual personalities. I prefer playing soccer with my friends when I relatively have more time, and I love listening to pop musics when I go to my university and getting back from my works. It clearly makes me free. |
