How many times do you complain about your electronic devices like MP3 and computer a year? In modern society, many people buy various devices related to a home, a study, and a hobby. When they buy them, one of the most important things is customer service. Almost all of companies provide their customers with various solutions about their problems. When customers complain their excuses, they use a variety of lutes like the internet or letters. In my opinion, It is better to complain in person than others like the internet, calling, or in writing because people can solve about their complaining quickly and communicate exactly.
First of all, people can save their time. Of course, some people say that it is faster to complain in writing than in person. However, I disagree with it because many people usually receive their solutions after a week. For example, When I had some problems 5years ago, I usually used writing latter or sanding email. At that time, I had to wait quite long time. After then, so far, I have used the way like in person. When I use the way, I only need a hour and then can come back my daily life.
Moreover, people can acquire exact solutions. Sometimes, I saw that some people gave and took same questions and solutions for a few days. For example, my father bought a DVD player a year ago. After a month, the player was not working. So, my father complained through in writing. However, he didn’t gain what he wanted. Finally, he gave up fixing the player and then he said I will never use the company’s products.
Many people have various complains and they can say through many lutes. I strongly believe that the best way is using in person because people can save a lot of time and have exact solutions. |
