There
are two ways of complaining about something that might have a problem on
products or unsatisfied services. One is in writing and the other is in
speaking personally. It is very hard to mention that which one is always better
than the other. However, I prefer the former one. There are several reasons
that why I prefer to complain in writing.
First of all, I do not have to worry about how to manage my
expressions. When I am anxious about something I can not smile so people
usually think that I am angry. Moreover, sometimes it makes people be enraged at me and it
causes an unpleasant communication. However,
with writing I do not have to show them my face so it will bring better effect
if I use a genial words for
complaining.
Secondly, people can complain with the anonymity. Complaining
in front of the person directly involved is a task and also
people can not say everything what they want to complain about; people don’t
want to make the person harbor a grudge against them. However,
It is not a really necessary thing that putting your name on the papers that
contend a complaining. In other words, people can be
more honest and more objective about what they want to complain.
To sum up, the writing is
better way to complain for me because of these following reasons that unnecessary
managing expression and the anonymity. However, people should respect other’s
personalities and also try to be polite as possible as they can when they are
complaining about something. Then it will make a better society and strong sense of community.
