The extreme poverty can be defined as a family living under $1 US according to the author. Thery they are living without proper basic needs for survival. No access to clean water, healthcare, education and sanitation. The lecturer says the reality for the exteme poverty comes from their isloated location and tiny planting land, and not enough fund.
The lecturer suggests that $1 US can provide the poor family with water and shelter, and $2 US to live for a living to the level of the moderate poverty. The passage classifies the moderate poverty is a poor family on the daily imcome income of $1 to $2 US. There is lack of easy access to health care and education. By Making it possible to use sanitation, transportation, education and nutrition, the problem of severe illness can be solved.
Finally, the author says the half of people in the world are living under basic needs and 1.1 billion lives are carried in extreme poverty. WIth the suggestion, conclusively, the lecturer encourages citing the more children are helped, the stronger they will be learning and living.
