These days, modern people are easily stressed out because of their hectic life. So, it is very important to deal with this stress well and the methods that reduce stress give rise to interest throught many people. There are many things that take care stress. Some people claim that the best way to relax and reduce stress is spend their time alone. Personally, I strongly hold a same opinion for the following reasons. First, when we have our own time, we are easy to use this time freely. Moreover, we are not restricted by anything as long as we are alone.
To begin with, we can have a free time when we are alone. Human being are naturally having a desire to be alone. This is because they can maxmize their time when they are alone. The recent surveys reveal that 70% of people spend their time alone when they have to reduce their stress. They say that the reasons they chose this method are they can do many thing what they want such as taking a nap, reading a book, playing a music when they are alone. This reserch illustrates well why taking a time alone is important to deal with stress.
In addition, we can controll our original plan to relieve our stress when we are alone. If we share time with someone others, we might be restricted by time, space, money and so on. So, we might be fail to acheive our native purpose to reduce our stress. For instance, let me tell you a little bit about my experience. Because I'm an accountant, I spend a lot of time working at the expanse of my weekend. So when I have some holiday, I must relieve my stress and be recharged. But the plan that gain a energy was failed because my husband made a mistake. In this regard, it is possible for us to be easily restricted by something when we share time with someone else.
In conclusion, I strongly support the idea that the best method to reduce our stree is having a time alone for some reasons. This is because we can maxmize our time freely. Moreover, we can controll our plan to reduce our stress by not being restricted by anythings.
