Although for a long time, scientific studies have been arguing that rising early could be physically and mentally beneficial. Recently, many studies have been made and counterarguments have been presented. The statement "The early bird gets the worm" is proven to be not so correct.
Waking up early does sound ideally pleasing. Since it sounds like one is not wasting time in bed but up early doing works. But what this assumption is missing is the fact that if one wake up early one gets tired more easily, which results one going to be early. If all those time is calculated, the time that is saved is actually tantamount to going to bed late and waking up late.
Not only does waking up early ineffective with time, it can also damage one's health. People have natural rhythms as well as encouraged amount of sleeping time. When people break that pattern, it is likey that they will suffer illness and decrease in their daily productivity. Waking up early will not only harm one's body but also due to illness and tirenedness, work people do can be counterproductive.
