I presume that when most people approach a topic relevant to both environments and developments, they tend to unconsciously think of protecting the very nature that we live in. However, it is misleading to think that all modern developments are planned and executed at the expanse of the precious environments, rather, it is much more prudent to believe that with the help of modern developments, our routines are quickly becoming more and more convenient, and indeed, the world at large. Here is a good example to better understand it.
A lot of American people had been suffering from extreme deficits. In the 90’s, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, the president of the United States, made drastic changes to a package of massive works project, called New Deal. He spent nearly two billion dollars to aid the country in overcoming the great depression, from which more than two million people were hired as theater employees, and business men. Clearly, it was historically one of the groundbreaking movements, what is more, the United States have since been backbone of the world. My position can be more trustworthy by the statistics that show you more than seven people have been fired from their company due to burden of pay.
I am in favor, albeit it is not entire, of the fact that our nature that is one of the necessary conditions for living in the world should not be exposed to some of fatal matters from building new constructions, however, we should realize that without stable economic system, we cannot preserve our environments. For example, by the time the government feel serious about polluted water in a river, they would have to decide whether they should refine the water. What if there is no money? They would even not afford to pay any attention of it.
There have been a large number of conflicts between the importance of environments and unfortunate consequences of it. I still maintain, however, that the steady economic system should be taken its place in advance of protecting environments, and then it should be performed to preserve our valuable nature.

(이게 다 한sentence 인데 너무 기네요……최대 3줄이 적합한 듯해요~) For example, by the time the government feel serious about the polluted water in a river, they would have to decide whether they should refine the water. What if there is no money? They would even not afford to pay any attention of it.(grammtically어색하네요 )
