Some people think that people spend too much time on doing things
they should do, because they are busy to go school, academy, company or others.
However, I agree that people use much time on doing things they like to do.
There are two reasons; First, It can relieve their stress. Second, it can build
social relationships.
To
begin with, people usually use their time to what they should do and play just
a little time, but they also spend much time to play especially in weekend.
Spending time to do what they like can relieve their stress. Having for stress
has a meaning in itself since it helps one regain energy and find the strength
to go on. People nowadays have a pressure not only physically but also
mentally. After doing things what they like to do, people will be able to get
back on track. I will take an example of myself. When I was studying for the
final exam, I attended a lot of academies like English, Math, Science. Due to
that, I usually got stress, so I could not study well, and also could not
concentrate that. To overcome that, I always play sports with my friends. It
could make me forget about worries, and I could concentrate on study.
On
top of that, by doing what you want to do, we can rapport more friends, because
some games or activities requires group, so it can make people closer. The
meaning of success has completely changed compared to the past. If it was only
focusing on one's way and excelling others, now it is different. Along with
your own ability, it is crucial to have people who can lend you a hand when you
are in trouble. In this sense, making a good rapport can be helpful. For
example my friend Tom usually play game because it is what he like to do. That
game requires team, so he should communicate with people. He says that it is
good for making a new friends, and he already make over 100 friends by playing
that game.
To
sum up, it can reduce their stress. Moreover, it can make relationships. In
this regard, I firmly hold that people are spending their time to doing what
they want rather than the thing they should do.
