School should ask students to evaluate their teachers. Do you agree or disagree?

There is ongoing debate over whether school should adopt the students' evaluaion over teachers or not. Some people might say that it shouldn't be excuted because there are so many possibilities of misuse of this policy like popularity competition among teachers over students. However, contrary to this idea, I strongly believe that approving this policy would derive positive advantages to from both students and teachers rather than negative effects. The rationale behind this is that teachers should try themselves to be a better ones by competiting among them, and also through this evaluating system, children can learn about responsibility.
To begin with, teachers ,who are public servants, having no worries about getting out because of their lack of ability in their career. They should be updated as schools and youngsters are changing, and this can be done by making them motivating them with evaluation by their students.(이렇게 글을 늘여쓰실때 콤마를 넣어 구분해 주심 좋을 것같습니다. 또 메인 주어와 동사가 너무 멀리 있어도 좋지 않습니다. ) In that way, teachers would probably pay attention to their children and newly discovered knowledge about their major subject more. As I recollect my days memories in highschool years, there were some teachers who never tried themselves to become a better teacher. For example, there was a teacher who teaches biology when I was in 12th grade. What happened is, in Korea, 12th grade is the most important years for all students because they are having the university enterence exam through whole country (nationwide), so many teachers who takes classes of 12th grade's students usually get a lot of question related to their lecturing subject or information about college. But this teacher had a problem. She didn't even be able to answer the questions from the students but also didnt' know anything about college, and it mattered more when I and my friends found out that it wasn't only for that year but she has never been a proper teacher before. In this respect, if there had been the teacher evaluation at that time, she could have been a better teacher then that.
In addition, students would be responsible for what they're doing. The importance of children's responsibility is because lack of this should cause some problems, for example they would just blame at others if there's a problem with them not considering what they did wrong. Supposing that students have a real power over their teachers, there is a possibility that they conduct emotional decision not based on logical precess but emotional one, however there is some intervention from parents, and the principle of the school, that fallacy can be properly dealt with. They would see their school's changing with their efforts. Whether it ends up with a positive way or not, they would feel guilt over it. For instacne, in any group, the most responsible person is maybe the one who has great influnece on this group. Therefore this evaluation can be another method for teaching them something, not in their text books.
I strongly belive that school should provide students the evaluating system for students. The reason is that there should be change to the teachers who hesitate to develop their career since they're public servants and this can be a great education to students in the terms of raising their responsiblity for their behavior. All in all, I believe that it is obvious that these are the most important factors for this statement.
