People have their own adia about whether an effective leader tries to make workers feel that they have been part of making a decision or not. Some people may think that it is not proved way of management to make better result as a economical aspect. In my opinion, however, it is one of the most effective way of management for numerous reasons. : It can make workers have attachment for their own company and it is related to company's output directly.
Above all, when workers feel that they are part of making a dicision, sense of duty is bult in their mind. It is henerally agreed that attachment that workers have for their own job makes thaem do not leave their company. Therefore, the company will be stable because there are many experts. To illustrate, according to the recent survey conducted by Korean Times, more than eighty percent of successful experts who work for their company for over thirty years say that they feel that they are sifinificant factoers making a decision in their company. Alsom they add that their sense of duty and attachment for their company make them more passionate and more positive.
Second, leaders can get better output by considering workers as important members. Some people might say that there is no direct connection between workers' mental attitude and company's output because workers' salaties are not different depended on company's output. However, there are no doubt that the more positive workers make the better company's result. For example, my friend who work for computer assembly company say that he feel pride and he can work effecrively when his leader considers him as a important member for his company. Also, it is proved that many company's leaders use this way to make better outcome by recent survey.
To sum upm company's leaders should try to make workers feel that they have been part of making a decision for efficiency. Some people may cast doubt on relationship between drriciency and workers attitude. However, it make workers have sense of duty for their tasks and their positive mind are built by their wat of thinking that they are important member making decision. Therefore, we can say that an effective leader tries to make workers feel that they have been part of making dicision. |
