The lecturer mentions that industrial revolution aroused negative effects on human life. It is controversial that the reading passages asserted industrial revolution influenced positively in human life.
First of all, the lecturer insists that Manufacturers did not pass their profits on to their workers. In fact, workers who were mostly women and children worked long and were paid little.
