News and Media is the biggest resource we use to gain informations. Some say, there isno doubt that news and media is a reliable source and unbiased. Even though I agree, it is most convient and reliable resoces, but not always. There is no such resource that can be unbiased created by a human being, and on top of that news and media is a very convient target for some people to use wrongly.
First of all, There is no such thing as unbiased information. Even news and media are ran by humans and controlled by people. How could there be unbiased report, when we are simply a human. There is no such human who is perfect. For example, humans tend to obey to more powerful humans. Its a inborn character we cannot doubt. We must understand, news and media are closley influenced by the goverment, and if more goverments are influneced by other powerful countries. We must commence and think about this matter in depth. It is very hard to find news and media blaming the goverment, or poitning finger at powerful person unless the issue is unquestionable. Sometimes these news are not shown untill the goverment has changed or the power has been shifted within the group. There are simply too many impediments to not be unbaised with informations they report.
Secondly, News and media are very valueable resource for high class people. It is a very conivent way to distract citziens, and also its a perfect source to emphasies their deed. For example, this summer in korea, there had been an incidient where young girl was kidnnaped and murdered brutally, when this had happen, I remember this news being on the media for almost over a month. I would like to question, was it really that important to have this news on the head line for such a long time? There had been many criminals who have commited similar crime. Yet, they have not made the headline news as many as this incidents. What makes this incidient fishy is, at the time there were many high governors who have been caught with dirty money. This however, was a 10 seconds on the news. All the attention was focused on the incidents. I begin to wonder was there a pressure from goverment? or are they trying to distract us from the incidients. Not to mention there has been numorus similar incidients where there have been cover up stories or other stories to reduce the impact. How can we say that, these reports are unbiassed?
To conclude, there is no question that we need news and media in order to gain informantion. However the question is how trustful is it? We should begin to think more deeply who and what is behind the resources we use to gain information. Humans are perfect example of imperfection and it is that human being reporting on news ad media and in addito to it, anyone can use such resources and turn it against to anyone. Therfore, it is up to us to decide, if the information is true and review the information we hear.
